🛒 Buying and Selling Players

Once you own a club, it’s time to build your squad. Most managers aim for 23–30 players so they can rotate, train, and compete across a full season.

You can buy and sell players using either the in-game marketplace or OpenSea, but we always recommend using the in-game Transfer Market for a smoother, more accurate experience.

🛍️ Buying Players

🔗 1. Visit the Transfer Market

• Head to the in-game Transfer Market
• Filter smartly by position, price, potential, and registration status
• Every listing includes up-to-date metadata like age and registration status
• You can also browse on OpenSea if you prefer

📋 2. Check Player Profiles

• See key details like:
• • Overall and potential rating
  • Current age (players retire after the season they turn 32)
  • Registration status (Registered vs Free Agent)
  • Top positions

💰 3. Make Your Purchase

• Use ETH in your wallet to buy instantly
• You can also place bids if a seller has enabled them
• After purchase, head to Player Page> Register to add them to your team

💼 Selling Players

You can list players in-game or on OpenSea — but we recommend the in-game marketplace, where listing is quicker and metadata stays fully accurate.

1. Select the Player

• Go to the Players tab in your club hub
• Click the player you want to sell
• Hit List for Sale to open the in-game listing window

2. Set Price and Duration

• Choose your sale price
• Set how long the listing lasts
• Confirm the transaction in your wallet

3. Fees Breakdown

• OpenSea: 0.5%
• Footium: 5% (goes back into the rewards pool)

4. Optional: Promote Your Listing

• Share your listing in #transfers or #wtb on Discord to get more visibility
