๐Ÿ’ช Player Condition, Injuries & Cards

Mastering fitness and discipline management can be the difference between a title push and a mid-table finish.

๐ŸŸก Condition

During a match, players on the pitch lose condition based on:

  1. Position โ€“ Some positions (like Wingers) lose more condition than others (like Centre Backs). Goalkeepers lose the least.
  2. Stamina โ€“ Players with higher stamina stats lose condition more slowly while playing a match.
  3. Mentality โ€“ Your tactical mentality impacts condition drain:
  4. Attacking and Ultra Attacking cause attackers and midfielders to lose more condition
    • Defensive and Ultra Defensive cause defenders (and GKs) and midfielders to lose more
    • Balanced has no additional stamina impact

Players recover condition over time outside matches. All players recover at the same hourly rate, but:

  • Training reduces condition by 25%
  • Players in training do not recover while training

Plan your training and squad rotation around condition to avoid injuries.

โŒ Injuries

Players can only get injured after a match, not during it.

  • If a player finishes a match with 45% condition or less, they risk a 50-hour injury
  • Injured players cannot train, play, or recover condition
  • You'll see an icon on their profile with a tooltip for when theyโ€™ll heal

Injury risk increases exponentially the closer a player finishes to 20% condition, so be smart with rotation and substitutions.

๐ŸŸฅ Cards

Discipline matters โ€” yellow and red cards impact your squad:

  • Red Card (or two yellows in a game): Player is immediately removed and suspended for the next match
  • 3 Yellow Cards in a Season: One-match suspension, then the counter resets
  • Further yellow card accumulations repeat this cycle

๐ŸŸ  A player one yellow away from suspension shows an orange card icon ๐Ÿ”ด Suspended players show a red card icon and are auto-replaced if not manually removed

Keep your squad clean, rotate smartly and keep one eye on your players condition after every match!
