๐ Understanding Chemistry
Success in Footium doesnโt just come down to player ratings, team chemistry plays a role in how your squad performs on matchday.
๐ Fittedness & Position Ratings
Each player has different levels of "fittedness" to various positions. This is reflected in colour-coded position ratings:
- ๐ข Dark Green (Natural Position) โ Highest rating, player is most comfortable
- ๐ข Light Green (Secondary Position) โ Slightly lower rating, still very effective
- ๐ก Tertiary Position โ Usable, but with performance penalties
- ๐ Quaternary Position โ Lower performance, noticeable impact
- ๐ด Unfit Position โ Major penalties to performance
โ๏ธ Team Chemistry
Your lineupโs chemistry is directly affected by how many players are playing in positions they're comfortable with:
- Green positions help maintain strong chemistry
- Yellow, orange, and red positions lower chemistry โ the worse the colour, the greater the impact
- The more players out of position, the worse your team will perform
๐ Extra Boost to Chemistry
You can boost chemistry by using:
- Rare Players โ Small teamwide chemistry bonus
- Legendary Players โ Larger teamwide bonus
Use these key players wisely to offset a few out-of-position risks or maximise synergy with your ideal starting XI. It's not public how many different levels of chemistry there are for your squad.. see if you can find the best one!
