🧭 Navigating the Footium Interface

When you're connected to the game at footium.club/game, you'll see a range of tabs down the left-hand side of the screen. Each one unlocks a different part of your club experience.

Here’s a quick guide to what each section does:

🏠 Home

The Home tab gives you a snapshot of your season at a glance.

You’ll see:

• Your current league position
• Your next fixture and opponent
• A rotating live message panel (used for announcements, updates, or tips)
• A prompt to claim your seasonal rewards at the start of each new season

Use this as your daily base to stay updated and jump quickly to important actions like setting tactics or checking your academy.

🧍 Players

This tab shows all your active and retired players.

You’ll use it to:

• View ratings, stats, and potential for each player
• Check condition and stamina before training or matches
• See who’s in your XI, on the bench, injured, suspended & retiring soon
• Register or unregister players with the buttons at the top

🧒 Academy

Each season, your club generates a fresh batch of youth prospects aged 16–18.

You can choose to sign any of them by paying a fee (varies by Division). Once signed, they’re minted into full Footium players, eligible for matches, training, and transfers.

🎯 Tactics

This is where you set your formation, select your starting XI, assign substitutes adjust your mentality & choose your captain before each match.

🔁 Transfers

Clicking the Transfers tab takes you directly to the Footium player collection on OpenSea.

That’s where all trading happens, you can browse, buy, or sell players to strengthen your squad.

📅 Fixtures

This is your matchday control centre.

Use the Fixtures tab to check:

• Your next scheduled fixture
• Your most recent result
• The full fixture list for the season
• Your current league table position
• Previous seasons results

Click into past results to view match reports, or hit “Tactics” to make last-minute changes before kick-off.

🏠 My Club

This tab brings your club’s identity to life.

From here, you can:

• Review your club overview (league, form, and lore)
• Register or unregister players in the Players sub-tab
• Visit your Stadium to see where the magic happens
• Check your club’s History—trophy wins, records, and major milestones

Think of this as your club’s home base—where legacy meets the present.

🌍 Leagues

Browse your current division, check league tables, and see how other clubs are performing.

The tab includes an Overview, Stats, and Rewards section for context on your competition and season progress.

🏋️ Training

This is where you improve your players. You have two free training slots, which you can use each day to boost your players’ growth at the cost of some condition.

You’ll also see a coaching slot (outlined with colour). To use this, you need to spend a Coaching Session (purchased in the Store). Coaching gives additional unlocked potential, including secondary growth, ideal for players you want to push harder. Each slot shows the duration, growth output, and condition impact.

🛒 Store

The Store is where you can buy Coaching Sessions, which are used to power up your players via the Coaching slot on the Training page.

📣 Social

Footium is more than just matches and management, it’s a football club you live with. The Social tab is where the off-pitch energy comes alive.

• Social Feed: Features top community posts from Twitter, highlighting memes, match reactions, transfer drama and more. If you're active and creative with your club’s account, you might just see yourself featured here.
• Leaderboard: Tracks the most socially engaged clubs each season. From viral Tweets to fan campaigns, it’s a space where clubs build identity & compete for clout.
