📩 Open a support ticket
If something is wrong with your Footium account, club, purchase, match, rewards, or gameplay experience, you can open a support ticket so the team can investigate.
Before opening a ticket, it is worth checking whether your question is already answered in the Help Centre or in recent Discord announcements. Many common questions are seasonal, such as transfer window timings, training availability, reward dates, or store options.
If your issue is personal to your account or club, use a private support route rather than posting sensitive details publicly.
When to open a ticket
Open a support ticket for issues such as:
- You cannot sign in
- Your club or account does not look right
- A purchase has not appeared
- FC, coaching sessions, or store items are missing
- A player purchase, registration, or transfer looks incorrect
- You cannot set a line-up or submit tactics
- A live match action did not behave as expected
- You believe a bug affected your club
- You need help with reward claiming
- You want to report suspected match fixing or unfair behaviour privately
- You have a payment or billing issue
For general advice, other managers in Discord may be able to help. For account-specific or sensitive issues, open a ticket.
Where to get support
The game guide points players to the Footium Discord and mentions the Discord ticket system for private conversations:
You can also use the Help Centre chat or support widget if available on the Footium Help Centre page. Use the route that is currently presented in the product or community channels.
If your issue is urgent and affects many users, check Discord announcements first. During major incidents, the team may post a wider update rather than replying to each individual report immediately.
What to include in your ticket
Good tickets are specific. The more useful information you provide, the faster support can understand the issue.
Include:
- Your manager name
- Your club name and club ID, if available
- The email or sign-in method linked to your account, if relevant
- The page where the issue happened
- The match, player, purchase, or transaction involved
- The time and date the issue happened
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible
- Any error message shown on screen
For match issues, include the fixture and explain whether the problem happened before kick-off, during the live match, or after full-time.
For transfer or registration issues, include the player name, whether the player was registered or unregistered, and the registration window status if you know it.
For store or payment issues, include the item you tried to buy and whether the payment completed. Do not post full card details or sensitive payment information.
Avoid sharing sensitive information publicly
Do not post private account information in public channels. This includes payment details, private emails, personal documents, or anything you would not want other managers to see.
If another user asks you to move a support issue into direct messages, be careful. Official support should happen through official Footium routes.
Match integrity reports
If you suspect match fixing, deliberate throwing, or behaviour designed to manipulate league outcomes, report it privately through the ticket system. The game guide states that deliberate attempts to manipulate match outcomes are prohibited and may result in action against clubs or accounts involved.
Try to include clear evidence, such as match links, club names, dates, repeated patterns, or screenshots. Do not start public accusations in Discord, as investigations need context and privacy.
Bugs and downtime
Footium has policies for serious disruptions, including pre-match issues, major match bugs, registration problems, and exploits. If a system-wide issue affects many managers, the team may pause matches, reschedule rounds, or provide notice before matches resume.
If you think you are seeing a wider issue, check announcements and then submit a ticket with details. Even if the issue is already known, your report may help confirm the scale or affected clubs.
After opening a ticket
Keep the ticket thread open and respond if support asks for more information. Avoid opening multiple tickets for the same issue unless your original ticket is inaccessible. Clear information and one focused thread usually gets the best result.
